How do I clean my blouse?
Our products are made of the highest quality materials and are very easy to clean.
100% cotton: wash with 40/50-degree, iron in cotton-mode.
98% cotton, 2% elastane: wash with 40-degree, iron at 2 points.
75% cotton, 22% polyamide, 3% elastane: wash with 30-degree, iron at 1 point.
Are the byMi blouses cut very slim?
Our byMi-blouses can be easily categorized into two different cuts:
Slim fit and Modern fit. Our slim fit blouses are slimmer and more body-hugging. The cut is perfectly tailored and timeless but still not extremely tight. The universal modern fit blouse is less fitted and cut in a straighter way. It still is tailored well and not at all shapeless! In addition to that our blouses are cut a little longer in the back to ensure a perfect fit.

What materials are used?
Only high-quality Italian fabrics made from Pima cotton are used for the byMi blouses. We also use a satin-finished cotton with stretch quality (2% elastane) for our white models. This material is extremely popular because it is both opaque and very easy to care for, despite the stretch content! Our remaining models are mainly made from 100% cotton. We also occasionally use silk & viscose to optimize our fabric blends.

How can I complain an item?
If an item you ordered is blemished, you can return the item after receipt of a return-number. Please contact us via e-mail and we will find a solution as quickly as possible.
What to do if I don’t like an item I purchased?
If you don’t like an item that you ordered online, you can easily return it to us. We will transfer the sum to your customer account or bank account.

Where do I get a return form?
We will send you the return form via e-mail. For that, we just need an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org from you that includes your full name and your purchase order number.
How do I know that my order was successful?

Is my shipment on the way? / Can I track my shipment?

Is it possible to ship to a packing station?
Yes, shipment to a packing station is possible.
Prepayment: To do this, simply select "transfer" as the payment method in the ordering process. After completing the order, you will receive an invoice with the relevant account details
PayPal: Is a very common & secure payment method. To do this, select the payment method "PayPal" in the ordering process. When completing the order, you will be taken directly to the login to your PayPal account, where you can confirm the payment.
Visa, Mastercard : This is handled by Paymill and corresponds to the highest common security standards.
Purchase on account (Klarna): The purchase on account is processed by KLARNA and corresponds to the highest common security standards.
Sofortüberweisung: This is handled by the company Paymill in cooperation with the company SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG and corresponds to the highest common security standards.
How long does it usually take to get a refund?
The refund will take 7 days after we received your returned item.

How can I order or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can enter your email address in the newsletter box at the bottom right of the homepage. Of course, you also have the option of registering with every order, to always receive the latest information about our collections and SALE campaigns.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password under "My account" in the top right corner of the page and request a new password.
