All products purchased from byMi can be returned or exchanged within the statutory cancellation period. In this case, please note the cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.
All returns are free of charge for you. You can request and print a return slip in your customer account.
If you have placed an order as a guest, please contact us.
If an item is delivered incorrectly or if there is a defect within the warranty period, you can complain to us about the defective item and return it after receiving a return number. Please let us know in writing what defect the item has. We will then review the item and contact you to provide you with a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
If you don't like an item, you can have the amount paid credited to your customer account and keep it for the next purchase. Please send the item back to the following address:
Otherwise, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt so that we can refund the money to you in your preferred payment method. This process can take up to 14 days.
The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.
Please make sure that all returned items are in perfect, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. In addition, the labels must not be removed.
If you need one or more items in a different size, you can of course request an exchange within the cancellation period.
In this case, please contact us so that we can check the availability of the desired size.
An exchange is only valid for the same article in a different size, the exchange into another article is not possible.
